How do I get my RTD letter — does it come automatically?

I finished my follow-up evaluation and my SAP said I'm good to go. But I haven't received an official RTD letter yet. Does the SAP send it automatically to the Clearinghouse? Do I need to request it? And what format do I need it in to show employers?
