I'm in Portland Oregon. Most SAP-friendly carrier discussions are about the Southeast and Midwest. Are there SAP-friendly carriers doing Pacific Northwest routes — cross country to California, Idaho, Montana? I'd prefer to stay west of the Rockies but I can go OTR if needed.
