I got hired at Roehl 6 months ago at Step 5. Confirming everything in this post is accurate. One thing I'd add: bring physical copies of your RTD letter AND enrollment confirmation for your follow-up testing program. Don't just have it on your phone. The orientation staff at Roehl specifically asked for paper copies.
