Where do I find a DOT-qualified SAP near me?

Before any carrier on this site can hire you, federal rules require one thing first: an evaluation by a DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) (49 CFR Part 40). The SAP sets your return-to-duty plan, and only after their sign-off can an employer order your RTD test. Pick your state to find a qualified SAP — many also work virtually, wherever you are.

Are you a DOT-qualified SAP?

Every driver on this site needs your evaluation before any carrier will talk to them. Featured slots are capped at 5 per state, first come, first served: top placement on your state's page, a verified badge for your website, published articles under your byline, and your card shown to drivers in your area.

$150/year founding rate, locked for as long as you stay. Email providers@sapdrivers.app with your state to claim a slot.

Listing here means a provider states they are qualified under 49 CFR Part 40. Always confirm credentials directly, and confirm your employer or FMCSA Clearinghouse accepts your chosen SAP before paying for an evaluation.
