Where do I get the app?
iPhone, Android or your browser: download.sapdrivers.app. In a browser it is app.sapdrivers.app.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot your password?”. The link in the email works for one hour.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Account, then Delete account. On the website: your dashboard, then Delete account. You have seven days to change your mind; after that the account and everything in it is removed.
Is the carrier directory free?
Yes, with a free account. The app shows ads, which is what keeps it free. It does not track you across other apps or websites.
A carrier's details are wrong, or they no longer hire after a violation
Tell us which carrier and what changed, and we will check it. Hiring policies change; always confirm with the recruiter before you rely on a listing.
Booking a SAP and the video evaluation
Find a SAP in the app or at Find a SAP, and book from their profile. Your confirmation email has your appointment page; the join button opens ten minutes before the start. You need a camera and a microphone, and both must stay on. Nothing is recorded.
