Terms of Service

SAP Drivers is a directory. We publish information about trucking companies that have hired drivers after an FMCSA Clearinghouse violation, and about DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professionals (SAPs). We are not an employer, a staffing agency, a SAP, a medical provider, or a law firm. We do not hire drivers, place drivers in jobs, conduct evaluations, or provide treatment.

The carrier directory is free to browse and always will be. Driver accounts are free. Provider listings are free; optional paid placement is described in section 6.

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Give us accurate information; tell us at hello@sapdrivers.app if you believe your account has been used without permission.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile or provider dashboard. Deleting your account removes your saved carriers, notes, reviews and — if you hold one — your provider listing, offices and articles. Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription; cancel that first (section 6).

You agree not to:

• scrape, bulk-download, resell or republish the directory or any substantial part of it;
• use contact details from this site to send unsolicited bulk email, calls or texts;
• post anything false, defamatory, harassing, or that you do not have the right to post;
• claim a provider listing you are not authorised to represent;
• impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your credentials or qualifications;
• interfere with the site's operation or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

We may suspend or remove any account or listing that breaks these rules.

Reviews, SAP-status reports, company submissions, notes, listing details and articles are yours. By posting them you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt for formatting, and distribute them as part of the site — including in search results and on our social channels. You keep ownership.

Post only what you know first-hand. Reviews and SAP-status reports must reflect your own genuine experience. We may edit for length, clarity or accuracy, decline to publish, or remove anything at our discretion.

A listing is available to any SAP who states they are qualified under 49 CFR Part 40. By claiming one you confirm that you hold that qualification, that the details you publish are accurate, and that you will keep them current. You are solely responsible for the services you provide to anyone who finds you here.

A listing is not an endorsement, certification or verification by us. We do not audit credentials. We may remove a listing at any time — including for inaccuracy, complaints, or conduct that would embarrass the drivers who rely on this site.

Provider-authored articles are published under your byline after editorial review. We decide what is published, may edit before publishing, and may unpublish at any time.

Featured placement is an optional subscription, billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices and what each tier includes are shown at checkout and in your dashboard. Founding rates stay at the price you subscribed at for as long as the subscription remains active.

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — your Featured placement stays fully active until then. Payments already made are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Failed payments may end Featured placement; your free listing remains.

Featured slots are limited per state. Availability shown on the site is accurate at the time it is displayed and is not reserved until payment completes. We may change prices for new subscriptions at any time; existing subscribers keep their rate until they cancel.

Drivers may choose to share their contact details with SAP providers listed in their state. This is off by default and happens only if a driver switches it on. A driver can withdraw it at any time from their profile.

Providers who receive these details may use them only to offer SAP services to that driver, must honour any request to stop, and must comply with applicable law including CAN-SPAM and the TCPA. Reselling, redistributing or adding them to a bulk marketing list is a breach of these terms and grounds for removal.

We do not guarantee that any carrier listed here is hiring, that any carrier will hire you, or that any provider will accept you as a client. A carrier appearing in this directory means it has been reported to hire return-to-duty drivers — it is not a promise about today. Always confirm directly with the recruiter or provider.

Carrier records come substantially from the FMCSA motor carrier census — public record, self-reported by carriers and unaudited. See our Disclosures for what that means in practice. The site may display advertising, including Google AdSense, and may link to third-party sites we do not control.

The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost wages, lost employment, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted by the “last updated” date above, and continuing to use the site means you accept them. We may suspend or end access to the site or any account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
