I provide 2-hour SAP evaluations to drivers that reside in Maryland and Washington, DC. The fee for SAP services ranges from $200 to $675. SAP services are not covered by insurance but might be covered by an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Some insurance plans might cover part of the first visit and some employers might pay for services. Invoices are provided to seek reimbursement through third party payers.
