Being the spouse of a DOT safety sensitive employee, I first hand understand the SAP process through the eyes of the employee and employer. Through the process you will see I am committed to the individual as well as public safety while valuing clear communication, transparency, and integrity as the foundation of the process. Appointments can be made within 24-48 hours of initial contact. The complete cost of the SAP process is $500 includes the initial evaluation, case management, referrals, final evaluation, and follow-up testing plan sent to employer(s) and is to be paid at the initial evaluation. The cost does not include the payment for the education/treatment referrals made during the process.
